As a Certified Personal Trainer for over ten years with certifications that included AFAA, ACSM and currently NASM. I believe strength training is ideal for all daily activities, training for any sports activities, and injury prevention. I can put together a weekly plan for you to follow, with detailed descriptions, on how to perform the exercises. If you live in the Toledo area, I do offer in-home personal training. Prices vary depending on travel time.  Sessions range from 30-60 minutes, it really depends on your goals and time commitment.  I am also a Personal Trainer YMCA/JCC of Greater Toledo. If you are a Y member, I can train you at the Y’s facilities at the YMCA prices. Contact me for more details.
