With over seven years’ experience in Triathlon coaching, I can put together a quality training plan that will be based around your family, work and other time commitments. I offer 8, 12, 16, and 20 week plans for various distances. As a six time Ironman finisher and a resume of certifications. I have a toolbox full of techniques to get you to your goal.
Included in your plan will be detailed weight training, core work and balance work, which will improve your strength and help prevent injuries. Plans are delivered through Training Peaks on a weekly or bi basis. If you have a goal, I will get you there!
