Triathlon distances; Sprint, Olympic, 70.3 and full 140.6.

Running plans from 5K to the full marathon.


Plans will include proper weight training program to help prevent injury.  Program duration range from 12 to 24 weeks, depending on your race distance.

My training plans are not all work and no play.  I offer monthly Hops and Poses classes at Earnest Brew Works.  These classes combine the physical discipline of Hatha Yoga with the added benefit of being able to enjoy a finely brewed beverage with you friends or training partners.

After knowing Renee casually for years through the Y, I decided to hire her to help me correctly prepare for a series of summer races.  I am a novice athlete, and was intimidated at the idea of planning a triathlon training schedule, in addition to the demands of motherhood and career. 

Renee streamlined the entire process and has taken the guess work out of my training.  She is always available if I have an off day; break a record or want to share a personal victory!  I am improving in all areas of my fitness, but even more than that I am confident I will meet or exceed all the goals I’ve set for myself.

I think Renee’s extensive knowledge and experience with coaching all levels athletes has helped equipped me with the tools I need to succeed.  She has been an invaluable asset to me , and I’m thankful she is my coach!


Renee has been working with me since January to lose weight and participate in triathlons (one sprint and one olympic), half marathons, regional bike tours and a 5k open water swim.

Since working with Renee, I have lost 20 pounds, improved my overall strength, my swim times are getting better and swimming is getting easier. I am also enjoying running and feeling confident on the bike.

Renee has been able to guide me through a myriad of goals this season without getting sidelined due to prolonged injuries and enjoying the multi-sport journey.

I started working with Renee in 2018 in preparation for my first Ironman 70.3 race, being a non-swimmer, she had her work cut out for her.  We had just gotten started when I was involved in a serious accident and had to cancel my plans for the race. 


Two months after the accident, I was back to training. Now, the plans changed to a full Ironman in May of 2019!  Renee took a slow build up approach to my Ironman, and developed a 36 week training plan with a heavy focus on the swim. 


On May 11th, 2019, in Santa Rosa, California, I toed the line for not only my first Ironman, but my first ever Triathlon. With her help and guidance, I had an amazing swim, a solid bike and a good run. I finished in 15:25:53, over 1:35 ahead of the Ironman cutoff of 17 hours.

Coach Renee worked with me to develop a plan that worked around my torn meniscus in order to maintain the three full distance events I signed up for this year.  She provides individual attention and is prompt at responding to my questions, concerns, and self doubts.  The plan is catered to my needs and focuses on improving my weak areas while sustaining my stronger skills. 
For all the qualifications, knowledge, experience, and individualism Multisport with Renee is an amazing value with competitive rates.  It's possible to find thorough "one size fits all" plans developed by experts for triathlons and marathons, but it doesn't provide the same thoughtfulness and genuine care Renee has for her clients."


I decided to hire Renee to help me train for my first Olympic distance triathlon. It was definitely the right decision for me!  I was able to relax and enjoy the process without stressing about my next workout. Renee laid out the entire plan for me, week by week, and always took my schedule into consideration.  I have noticed significant improvements with my performance throughout training with Renee.  I’ll definitely be hiring her again next year when I training for my first 70.3





In-season training plans range from $85 to $130 per month for multisport and distance events. Depending on the type of training plan you choose, I can tailor a plan just for you.  Personal training sessions are available for clients and are priced based on session requirements plus the travel time from South Toledo.

There will be a one-time $35.00 consultation /set up fee for new clients. 

Clients will receive weekly training plan through Training Peaks.  Also for your convenience I can add your monthly Training Peaks account fee to your invoice so that you don’t have to worry about it.

Payments are accepted through Pay Pal or check.
